ola Eduardo, to analisando com mais enfase seu problema aqui, e
precisaria que vc me faça isto no terminal
 
equery b libc-client.so.1

isto serve pra verificar qual programa gerou esta colisão

Para solucionar isto temos três opções pra escolher:

1) Modificar o ebuild de um destes programas (o que fez a colisão  ou o
programa que ficou colisionado)
2) Trocar as variáveis USE que pertencem a estes programas o de outros
relacionados para evitar la colisão
3) Desinstalar um deles
