Fui tentar colocar uma kernel mais nova aqui em casa, para tentar resolver um problema que estou tendo no som (desde que instalei o openRC)
Emergi o gentoo-sources-2.6.27-r8, utilizeio o make oldconfig para utilizar o config da minha kernel 2.6.25-r7. até ai nenhuma novidade
Mas ao compilar a kernel 2.6.27-r8 recebo um erro de compilação:
MK_FW firmware/n.gen.S
make[1]: *** No rule to make target `n/n', needed by `firmware/n.gen.o'. Stop.
make: *** [firmware] Error 2
Andei procurando na net e achei algumas informações:

Mas nada muito esclarecedor, eu não habilitei nenhum firmware, e não sei pq da esse erro muito extranho essa parte.
O jeito até agora foi voltar pro kernel anterior.
