Isso é pq a entrada na placa mãe é diferente.
O HD ATA entra pela controladora ide e ele sempre é master.
O SATA entra pela controladora SATA e fica em segundo plano na hora do boot.
Se vc tirar o seu HD ATA, daí sim o seu SATA vai ser hd(0,0).
