Provavelmente teu provedor bloqueia “portas root” ( < 1024 )... tente usar
uma mais alta.

Como os amigos da lista haviam sugerido anteriormente estou usando o ssh e o
x11vnc, e no windows o putty para acessar a minha máquina.
Mas há um problema, não consigo acessar minha máquina fora da rede interna
da minha casa (que é roteada).
Já abri a porta 512 (que eu atribui para o SSH) no modem mas mesma assim não
da certo.
No Putty da Connectiong Timeout e não acessa, só consigo se tiver usando um
micro que está na rede de casa, mas ai não resolve nada.
Será que é problema no Speedy? muito estranho
