Once we get a decent account (yes this is my problem and I am working on
it), international trustees will have access to it. Bank of America
allows for this, although there will be some strange details needed like
mailing a signature card all over the world to any trustee who needs
access to the account.

Yes, I agree. Not everyone on the board should be an "expert" in the
same area. A diverse board helps Gentoo.
