Well, the proposed bylaws regulate this:
Section 6.1. Officers. The officers of the foundation shall consist of a
President, a Secretary and a Treasurer, each of whom shall be elected by
the Board of Trustees. A Chairman of the Board, one or more Vice Chairmen,
one or more Vice Presidents, and such other officers and assistant
officers and agents as may be deemed necessary may be elected or appointed
by the Board of Trustees from time to time. Any two (2) or more offices
may be held by the same person, except the offices of President and
Secretary.
Second, I would personally like to see all trustees elected first and then
decide amongst themselves who takes what position rather than having the
election process dictate what position is taken where.
I don't feel that we should force positions to trustees that have already
served as a trustee for a year although that *would* be the best idea (as
they're more known to the way things work). Enforcement would mean that we
might not really 100% implement the voting results if by any chance all
current trustees are voted out.
