I don't think I'm the suitable guy for Bylaws. Those are quite juridical and
almost always imply a native English writer. I can always take the Bylaws of
some other organisations and fix them so they're suitable for the Gentoo
Foundation, but I don't think I'm allowed to do that :)
Unlike a charter, which imho must be written in an "easy" English so that
all readers understand the ideas that are used to write it.
