        REGISTRY OF CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS

  Most nonprofit corporations that have applied for or received tax-exempt status pursuant
  to Section 501(c)(3) of the internal Revenue Code must register and file annual reports
  with the Attorney General's Office (New Mexico Charitable Solicitations Act, section
  57-22-1 elseg NMSA 1978)
