[gentoo-systemd] Team lead election

Hello, folks.

It was suggested earlier that we should hold up team lead election,
and that should be the major point of our next meeting.

Since there's just five of us: who wants to be a candidate
for the team lead in the upcoming election, besides me?

I don't think I would do a very good job of it, so I do not wish to
nominate myself.

I think it's ok to have an election with one candidate, if only to
document the fact that nobody else wants the job.

This is a disappointment, I was thinking about  nominating you.  :-)

I don't know if I have time for the job personally, but to be honest I
would rather see someone else have it.

It seems that we run the last team lead election on 2013-09-10 [1],
which means we're getting close to the 1 year period. Therefore, I'd
like to raise the topic of a new election.

Do you prefer holding a meeting for this, or do you want to vote via
mail?

I think email is always more convenient but if there is interest in
discussion, you could always schedule an optional time to chat about
it before the email vote.

I plan to abstain since I haven't been very active on the team, though
I think I'll probably get a bit more involved in the future.  The
serious contributors should have the real say.

 This could be a good way to do it -- an email vote, with a possible
 live discussion and/or time before the vote once we know who is running
 to discuss issues with the candidates on this list.

I would prefer to vote via mail as I don't have a too predictable
schedule currently :/
