[gentoo-soc] GSoC 2010 SCM requirement

I'm currently putting together my application for the current Google
Summer of Code program. I am interested in the project "Make the
clustering LiveCD from a previous GSoC bootable from USB", so here's a
small patch to demonstrate that I'm capable of using Git.
