Hi,

== Progress of this Week ==

This week, I update my work to qemu-user-1.1.0-r1.

Build an arm helloworld program in gentoo container.

Document the usage of lxc.sh on my wiki page:
https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Cross_Container_Support_Project

   Problem:

Cannot use network in the container, the error happens in qemu-user.

   host_to_target_cmsg
      -->gemu_log("Unsupported ancillary data: ....",...)

It seems just happens when executing "ping" command.

== Plans for next week ==

   1. Continue to debug the lxc.sh for arm arch.
   2. Get accustomed to crossdev.
   3. Get accustomed with playing with ld.so.conf.

Hi,

== Progress of this Week ==

This week, I got accustomed to crossdev and ld.so.conf.

1. install the crossdev and build "arm-unknown-linux-gnueabi" cross-compiler.

2. learn the cross-compiler internals
http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/base/embedded/handbook/?part=1&chap=2#doc_chap3

3. get accustomed to ld.so.conf

== Plans for next week ==

1. extend qemu-user lxc script to install crossdev into the arm-container.

2. try to run x86 arm-unknown-linux-gnueabi-gcc in arm-container using
ldd and ld.so.conf.
