[gentoo-soc] pomu: weekly report for week #1

This is the weekly report for the week of 29.05-04.06.

Progress made this week:
1) created the project, set the build process;
2) developed the overall design of the project;
3) implemented pomu repository initialisation (with or without portage);
4) repository creation, repos.conf setup;
5) integrated unit testing, testing repository creation/initialization;
6) implemented package source dispatch (plumbing for package source modules).

Plans for the next week:
1) continue work on package source modules (finalize design for
sources themselves, start work on implementing source modules,
continue developing the interface code)
2) continue developing and designing the cli.
