Hi everyone,

This is the weekly report #4 for the Gentoo Council Web Application.

[What we did]
Last week we're focusing on getting finished functionality ready for
demo. Major tasks accomplished last week include:
* Role control added to User (old story with new fixes);
* Agenda/Meeting implemented and tested  (old story with new fixes)
* GLEP work flow support implemented and tested  (old story with new fixes)
* Doodle integration  (local functionality finished; but integration
with remote API is still pending)
* Email configuration  (actionmailer successfully configured and tested)
* Email notifcation for approaching Agenda/Meeting implemented and
manually tested
* Email notification for updated AgendaItem
* Record Meeting attendance implemented and tested
* Hide votes until the voting session is over
* CI server set up on local machine (remote host deployment is pending)
* demo site set up

[Problems]
* CI server is not yet deployed to remote host, making it difficult to
do auto-build for every commit
* Doodle API integration is still pending due to some unsolved
problems  (Rails POST actions won't result anything meaningful yet)


[To-do]
Detailed to-do tasks are to be discussed with mentors.
