Hi everyone!

Brief summary
=============

The Gentoostats project aims to gather statistics about the installed
packages on Gentoo systems in order to provide useful information to
both users and developers.

Status: behind schedule.

Things accomplished this week
=============================

- Added country statistics to the server
- Experimented creating an API with Tastypie, but encountered some problems
- Several small optimisations/fixes on the server

Plans for next week
===================

1. Create a refined schedule for the remainder of GSoC
2. Finish implementing all server views (/package/ being the main one).
3. Write a configure script for the client.
