Hello list,

I'm interested in the "BLAS and LAPACK runtime switching"[1] GSoC project.
And currently I'm writing the proposal.

Bio: I'm Chinese Master student and a Debian Developer[2], maintaining
many packages including Julia, BLIS, intel-MKL which are tightly
associated with the project I'm going to participate.

Welcome to join the list! I am looking forward to working with you on
carrying the Debian best practice of BLAS/Lapack to Gentoo.

Yours,
Benda

Please pay attention for a detailed plan of your project. Per week
schedule will be the best. A strong proposal with detailed plan is
very important.

Excellent! Now can you please fix some bugs from Gentoo's bugzilla
to show us your skills with our workflow and tools. You may take
any bugs for sci-* packages with no patches or pull requests
submitted and not as trivial as HOMEPAGE typo fixes.

Best regards,
Andrew Savchenko
