Hi again,
Had my last exam this weekend, so I will have more time available from
now on.

- Improve the parsing of arguments of the declare builtin
- Update our instruo implementation to compile with the last paludis
version, 0.74.1.
=== Plan for this week ===
- Fix some things waiting for feedback
- Improve command arguments parsing
- Search for things used in ebuilds and not yet implemented
