Hi everyone,
I'm really happy to see that many of you have applied already. For those
of you who haven't yet submitted your proposals, hurry! You only have 24
hours from right now to do so. (Remember that the 19:00 deadline is in
UTC time, not your local time or Pacific time.)
Every year somebody has computer problems, internet problems, or just
submits a few seconds too late and misses out on the opportunity. Don't
be that unfortunate soul.
Don't worry about the bugfix requirement right now. Just get your
proposal in, and we can deal with fixing bugs (as well as improving your
ideas!) over the next week or two.
