Another strangeness:
Perusing the output of the boot-up, I saw this:

INIT: version 2.88 booting
So, what's with the ERROR there? Can anyone provide an explanation?
The system boots okay, though. But I am rather uneasy when a server
has an ERROR message during its boot-up.
