I'm using app-portage/gentoolkit-0.2.0-r2 , dev-php/mod_php-4.4.0-r3 , dev-php/php-4.4.0-r1 and net-libs/libwww-5.4.0-r3 .. Those got rebuild without a problem by revdep-rebuild .. Also it rebuild eggdrop and some other minor things. Do you have other packages it want to rebuild? Because I had a blackdown-jdk and blackdown-jre that it couldn't find because they were heavily outdated and had sneaked it's way through my "emerge -auDv world".. So I just deleted those since I'm using the sun JDK at the moment anyway.
