bacula, if you want a high-end solution, but keep in mind, that support for backups on disks is implemented via a helper script "vchanger", to emulate tape drives, which makes the whole configuration a little cumbersome and restoring backups is not straightforward, if your database (yes, every file gets recorded separately) is lost (which happend to me). Now I use a much simpler solution: sarab
