Hi!
Is it has sense to switch from glibc to dietlibc or uClibc or maybe other?
How this can be done in Gentoo?
Is it possible to have system without glibc at all or I must have glibc
together with dietlibc (for example) and have some software compiled
with glibc and some with dietlibc?
How using other *libc will affect server performance (this is most important
question here)?
Any problems because of not using glibc?
Is anybody has real server based on non-glibc?
P.S. I wanna use this on usual servers with apache/mysql/perl websites
and same on developer machines with Xorg in addition to apache/mysql/perl.

You can try out the uclibc embedded stages here
<http://gentoo.osuosl.org/experimental/x86/embedded/stages/>
works as a glibc replacement.
Dietlibc shared libraries are very much experimental too. But using it to
compile static binaries is quite reliable in my experience.

YMMV, using dietlibc and uClibc only makes sense with embedded setups

Good luck :-)
