That's a german Out-Of-Office-Assistent - reply of that dude, who
doesn't work for that company anymore... Maybe just remove him from the
list or increase the SA-score for  "header SYM_RULE_NAME Subject =~
/Abwesenheitsnotiz/" (if SA is used)
