M4ri's configure supports --with-openmp; the ebuild should have a
use_with openmp.

I just uploaded a new version which supports openmp (but I think noone tested

OK. I'll test it out.
It appears I'll have to write something to test it, though. The
included test and benchmarks do not make use of openmp, polibori
does not appear to, and so far I've only been able to see openmp
benefits on this box for imagemagick and graphicsmagick....
I also noticed on their website that m4ri-20100817.tar.gz and
m4rie-20100817.tar.gz are the current versions.
