I've just removed the octave-forge stuff from the science overlay.
Please help to encourage users to use g-octave. ;)

I also added a news item to the overlay. Attached.

The octave-forge packages were removed from the science overlay.
You will need to use app-portage/g-octave to install the octave-forge
stuff using your Gentoo package manager.
