The link may have been the cause of trouble. Your compile lines of
cvxopt
didn't include "-L//opt/acml5.3.1/gfortran64/lib" so you were compiling
against
that dead link.
Hopefully now that you have removed this deadlink things will work.
If not we have done something wrong in cvxopt.
