That's why I ask you for your help. What we need are two kind off things: First off all people who file stabilizing requests for sci packages in https://bugs.gentoo.org so that we recognizing what works good in daily use. All you need to do for this, is simply, if your are using packages which are ~arch and they are behaving fine, just hop over to bugzilla and file a stabilizing bug, noting what your experiences with these packages are. The rest will be done by the bug wrangling team and the corresponding developer. Second needs are arch tester. To assist the teams who stabilize our package you can build and use the packages in question following their guidelines [1,2] and report your experience. Especially users on rare arches starting with ppc & ppc64, but also all others are _very_ welcome.= Thanks for your help, justin [1] http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/base/x86/arch-testers-faq.xml [2] http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/base/amd64/at/ --------------enigAB763CE7CCBE355CB57CAAD2 Content-Type: application/pgp-signature; name="signature.asc" Content-Description: OpenPGP digital signature Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="signature.asc" -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v2.0.15 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org/ iEYEARECAAYFAkwrdPUACgkQgAnW8HDreRam9gCfZgTswghnozSruPu2RnkN8UkU NXYAoJp/b6rpwEk8AFN8Pnm1ND+Fa26A =dVgc -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --------------enigAB763CE7CCBE355CB57CAAD2--
