Does anyone know any bc-like calculator dedicated to modular
arithmetic? With arbitrary precision of course.

I'm not sure, but I think some of the number theory/group theory 
packages will do modular arithmetic. You could certainly do it in Maxima.

It is giac... ginac is another project of the same kind.
But in my point of view, giac is more powerful (well, it is just a 
preference :) ).
