Subject: [gentoo-science] New Sage location and ebuilds -> file conflicts
Date: Wed, 4 Aug 2010 11:51:01 +0200 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <201008041151.01722.cschwan@students.uni-mainz.de> (raw)
Hi,
yesterday I removed a lot of obsoleted ebuilds and with them unfortunately
also the blockers which will result in file conflicts if you try to upgrade to
our new ebuilds.
To fix this, first remove the old Sage stuff (if installed):
emerge -C sage-base sage-data sage-scripts sage-singular
