Hello,

Yesterday, I added ebuilds for openib-1.2 to the science overlay.
I think I may have caused a problem, because the permissions on
my files were propagated into svn. They have no read or execute
permission for group/other, and that is screwing things up for portage.
Sorry if I created an inconvenience for anyone. I'm writing the list
to see if anyone can respond quickly with the way to fix the problem.
Is there an svn command to update permissions on a file?

Thanks,
-bryan
