I'm sorry you were misinformed about the PPC 2004.2 release, but it is
crucial that it gets mirrored asap since the handbook mentions it and
all third-party ppc mirrors are currently unavailable.
I have cc'ed the ombudsman to try to and find a solution to this (imho)
silly issue. I don't have time nor patience to understand reasons
behind actions I observe as totally counter productive.
