Hi all -
If you have not already - remember to post your release notes in your 
space on the releng project page. You *have* to do this, as it is a 
necessary part of release. You can find the releng release notes 
directory in cvs at gentoo/xml/htdocs/proj/en/releng/release/2004.0/$arch.

You all should have commit access to your arch. If you do not - contact 
klieber immediately to get it fixed.

The release notes template can be found in cvs at gentoo/src/relnotes.

from the releng project page easily.
