Hi,

Anyone got an idea who creates the gentoo livecd bootsplash themes. PPC 
needs a few non-standard resolutions for 2004.3.

I believe that person is me.  What resolutions do you need?

For 2004.3, I will be using the same template as 2004.1 and 2004.2, but
we are looking for a new splash theme for 2005.0, since I think we can
come up with something a little bit cooler.

Personally I liked the 2004.0 splash. It looked ordered and clear.

I know Gentoo/amd64 would love to have some bootsplash screens created that 
are branded "64-bit" or some such.  Users each that stuff up.. :-)

I've got no problem with that, provided you have something to give me as
a template.  To be honest, I'm not changing the bootsplash theme for
2004.3 on x86 other than to make it say 2004.3 instead of 2004.2...

I am definitely wanting to get some new graphics done up for 2005.0 to
modernize the look and also to make things more customized.  For
example, it might be cool to make different images for each arch (that
supports them).

I'm sure roger55 will help out... if he doesn't, beejay knows what to
do.

I can wait for 2005.0.  Got plenty of more important things to worry about 
with the 2004.3 release than eye candy. :-)
