[gentoo-releng] 2004.3 information is out

Hi all -
Check out the releng project page and take a gander at the 2004.3
information page. Let me know if there is anything I need to add.

2004.3 will have a master ChangeLog so that we can track what exactly
changed between releases. Its better practice and better PR ;)

So, anytime a confirmed bug is closed, please add an entry to
gentoo/xml/htdocs/proj/en/releng/release/2004.3/ChangeLog.

I would remove the x86 XLiveCD stuff, simply because anything that will
be released will never come out of /experimental until 2005.0, which
means it isn't a part of 2004.3, but rather independent.

Other than that, things look pretty good.

Hi folks,

looks good to me, too. I suggest to not announce what arches exactly
release, so if some arch is late (every arch has already experienced
some last-minute difficulties) and cannot release, they don't have to
because nobody is waiting for it. I know that sounds strange, but it
might keep away some dissapointed users if this is going to happen.

Shite... I'd forgotten about the ChangeLog... I must have changed 100
things and closed at least as many bugs (or so it feels like).
