Yup, that was my question.

Currently the docs state that "xfree-drm only works with a 2.4 kernel".
Would it be useful to add a note saying "with a 2.6 kernel use kernel
DRM"?

I removed the explanation of USE="bindist" while installing KDE using
GRP from the docs.
