[gentoo-releng] cascading profiles howto

Hi All,

I've committed cascading-profiles.xml HOWTO doc to convert current
profiles to cascading profiles. I've done the x86 profiles already, and
am presently working on the sparc profiles. Those should be enough to
form accurate examples for everyone else.

Great.. But where did you commit this HOWTO doc?
$CVSROOT/????
