Hi all-
I just version bumped catalyst in portage to 1.0.3. The big changes
include some better alpha support and better code tree organization in
CVS.

The most notable organization change is that there is now a livecd dir
that contains the runscipts, kernel configs, cdtar's, and isogen.sh's. I
did this because a lot of that stuff was in examples/livecd/$arch, but
they are not examples (esp the runscripts).
