Subject: [gentoo-python] Masking dev-python/python-exec (the compat) for removal

Hello, team.
A quick question: do you think it'd be ok to mask
dev-python/python-exec for removal? That's the compat package that
pulls in both versions of dev-lang/python-exec.
As far as I can see:
1. people that have updated all Python packages no longer have it
on their systems,
2. people that have not updated all Python packages yet will have it
kept installed by portage until they do so,
3. people with systems from dark ages (when python-exec was unslotted)
may have problems moving through the blockers but I don't think waiting
any longer would really help them.
