Thanks to all voters, and thanks to the election officials for
conducting this vote.

I have pushed the updated GLEP 39 to the master branch, so the new
version should be visible at [1] soon.

While we needed only a simple majority in this vote, it is reassuring
that the motion would also have passed under the new rules that were
accepted by it. Both the required supermajority (yes:no >= 2:1) and the
quorum (yes votes >= (1/4) * number of eligible voters) would have been
reached.
