This should SFLC/Eben Moglen. I don't know where "Greg" came from.

I went digging in old meeting logs & email archives, and confirmed
that the Matthew Summers (on behalf of the Foundation) DID previously
engage the SFLC, but from outward appearances somebody repeatedly
dropped the ball, and we were shunted between counsel numerous times.

Karen Sandler -> ?? -> Karen Sandler -> Aaron Williamson -> ?? -> (trail goes cold).

2009-Aug/Sept: Initial response from Daniel B. Ravicher (Legal Director
@ SFLC)

In 2010, our SFLC counsel seemed to be very busy, and not have much
time for us. The contact point was specifically Karen Sandler (confirmed
in 2011-Dec).

2011-Jan: something happened at SFLC, quantumsummers stated in the
meeting logs we were assigned to a "junior attorney", no further detail
was provided in logs or trustee emails.

2011-Mar: No progress had been made with the SFLC, and the decision was
made to drop the SFLC (A donation to them was also considered). Form
1023 was specifically mentioned.

2011: Apr through Sep: Still no responses from SFLC.

2011-Nov: Note that Karen has moved to "software conservancy or gnome
foundation"

2012-Feb: New contact point at SFLC, 'Aaron Williamson'.

2013-Jan: Mention of SFLC & Form 1023 in the logs, no details.

2013-Jul: Matthew Summers again notes that "our previous fellow left and
did not give notice to us", I presume this was Aaron Williamson. Also
that he spoke to Eben Moglen, and 'we have a new council now', but no
details as to who that was.

2014-Mar: The SFLC trail goes dead at this point.
