Team,

Its time to run the council election for the 2023-24 season.

Nominations are Saturday, 22-06-17 00:00:00 until
Friday 22-06-30 23:59:59. That's from the start of Saturday until the
end of the Friday for two weeks total.

Voting Sunday, 22-07-02 00:00:00 until
Saturday, 22-07-15 23:59:59. That's the start of Sunday until the end
of Saturday, for two weeks total,

All times UTC.

That gives elections one day to set up the election in the middle.

The rules are in the usual place [1]

The eligible participants will be the names on roll call before
nominations open.

We need at least two more election officials, I shall be one.
An infra contact is also required.

Volunteers should make themselves known in #gentoo-elections
and see [2].

The election officials and infra contact may not be election
candidates
