Your initial e-mail to dev-announce and here (subject: "Gentoo Council
Election 202206") said this:

Voting  Monday, 22-06-20 00:00:00 until 
Sunday, 22-07-03 23:59:59

Can we be clear which one it is then for voting close?
That's a 24 hour difference, and same kind of difference confusion as
was for the nominations period.

The website https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Project:Elections/Council/202206 
and my initial email were both incorrect.
The website has been updated to show

Voting period 	2022/06/20 0000h UTC — 2022/07/04 0000h UTC

The election timings in the elections repo, which actually controls
the voting period, has been validated too.

My apologies for the confusion.

Dear developers,

given the need of the infra team to migrate woodpecker that hosts our 
"voting booth", we have granted an extra day to voting.
Thus, the voting period for the Council Election is now:

Monday, 2022-06-20 00:00:00 until
end of day Monday, 2022-07-04.

All times are UTC.

The WIKI page and the election repo have been updated to take this 
change into account.
