The website https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Project:Elections/Council/202206 
and my initial email were both incorrect.
The website has been updated to show

Voting period 	2022/06/20 0000h UTC — 2022/07/04 0000h UTC

The election timings in the elections repo, which actually controls
the voting period, has been validated too.

My apologies for the confusion.
