While I certainly understand what you're saying, I think this is a slippery slope - "Don't talk about our problems, people will notice, we need to pretend to be perfect!" leads to actual problems festering, going unresolved, and becoming much larger than they should be. It's also *very* much not in the spirit of Open Source. That being said - do you have direction on where issues like these *should* be discussed, if not on the ML? I'm certainly fine with a "This issue isn't appropriate for discussion *here*, please take it to ${SOMEWHERE}" statement. :) (And no, this is not a statement of opinion one way or the other on the original topic of this thread - that's not something I feel qualified to opine upon...)
