As mgorny pointed out, that generates tons of repoman errors and
basically blocks anybody from getting anything else done, unless
everybody starts ignoring repoman, which isn't what we want.
If we're going to let people break the stable depgraph I don't think
the profile should be stable. What does a stable profile even mean if
we start doing that?
