After giving it some thought, I've come to the conclusion that despite
my desire to participate and try to make a difference, I would not be
able to devote the necessary time and energy this time around. I have
also spent a lot of time away from Gentoo in the past year or so, and
I think my time would be better spent contributing in other ways for
now.
