Been more than long enough I think.  I'm nominating myself but feel free
to nominate yourself if you've done work on Openstack in Gentoo.  Not
sure as to the electorate but devs and maybe users would be alright.

As this seems to be phrased as a question, GLEP 39 states "It may have
one or many leads, and the leads are selected by the members of the
project.", which narrows it down for you to the members of the project
at the time of calling for the election, i.e an electorate of 4.
