[gentoo-project] New developer: Jonas Stein (jstein)

Dear everyone,

it's a pleasure to announce Jonas (jstein) as the latest addition to
out devteam.

His final goal is to become a full fledged dev, but he decided to
start first without commit access.

Jonas started as a Debian Live contributor in his young days and wrote
documentation there. Now he likes to switch to his favorite
distribution and contribute back to Gentoo.

He is the organizer of the TUG (Troisdorf Linux User Group) and Gentoo
Workshop there. While getting himself familiar with ebuild and
packaging he started to wrangle bugs for us.

it promotes my scientific work. I enjoy to contribute to open source
projects as it connects people from all over the world and for me there
is no better way to learn new things. This was the reason why the TroLUG
[1] was founded 2009. We have a meeting every month with a talk or a
workshop and learn from each other.
The increasing CPU power supports source based distributions. For me
it is a great benefit to install the latest scientific software and
mix these in all release flavours from stable to fresh from the
repository.
