Correct, wrong words chosen on my part.  What I meant was, despite however
long I've been around, doesn't give me the rights to go off and do whatever
I think is right.  If I screw something up, I expect someone to point it out
and, if needed, rebuke me.  While policy states that I have to give respect
to others regardless if they've earned it not, I personally feel that I must
earn people's respect by working with other developers as team to resolve
problems.
