As there isn't a council decree and things are still moving forward I figured it would be helpful to show appreciation. So as the lead developer for Pentoo, as well as a member of Gentoo releng, thanks to those working on getting toolchain updated to eapi 5, I believe this is be a major improvement across many projects and many user's lives.
