Ladies and Gentlemen,

As previously announced on the gentoo-nfp mailing list, the
trustee elections start in a few days.

All times are UTC.

The record date is the end of 25 June 2023.
To take part in the election, either as a candidate or a voter, you
must be a foundation member before that time.

Nominations are open 25-Jun-23 00:00:00 until 09-Jul-23 23:59:59
Voting is open 16-Jul-26 00:00:00 until 30-Jul-23 23:59:59
Nominations and acceptances must go the gentoo-nfp mailing list

The election page is not up yet but a summary of the rules is
https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Project:Elections/Trustees

This year antarus, robbat2, and soap retire by rotation this year, so 3
seats are up to be filled.

We need three election officials and an infra contact for the election.
Volunteers please join #gentoo-elections.
Intending candidates should not apply.

On behalf of the elections project.
